Q1. How to order?
A: You can check our website to choose your interested models, and tell us your order spec, quantity, ways of shipping, discharge port, etc. We will contact you as soon as we get your inquiry from Email.
Q2. How to pay?
A: You can do the payment to us by T/T or Western Union. Usually, we will start the production after we get your 40% deposit payment, once we finish the products, we will send you pictures for your /confirm/iation. The goods will be delivered after we get your 60% balance.
Q3. Should I send you the Bank slip(Receipt) after i make the payment?
A: Yes, you are certainly welcome. Usually, it takes about 3 to 7 working days for international transaction to arrive in our bank account. If by Western Union, we urgently need the Bank Slip to pick up the payment in time.
Q4. What is your MOQ?
A: Depends on the model you order. For most inflatable advertising products it’ll be 1pcs.
Q5. What is the delivery time?
A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs custom made inflatable is 6-15 days since the date we get your deposit. However, it will be +/- depending on the size, design and quantity.
Q6. How will you ship the inflatable I ordered?
A: We can send it by courier, by ordinary air or by sea. Within 7 days by courierWithin 15days by air
If by sea, it depends on the destination, usually around 15 to 50 days.
Q7. How much dose it cost for shipping?
A: If you tell us following information by Email
---the inflatable model you wish to purchase, as well as the quantity
---if by sea, your discharge port, if by ordinary air, your airport, if by courier, your post code, city and detailed address.
Then we can tell you the exact amount of shipping cost and time.
Q8. Does your blower meet CE/UL requirements?
A: Yes, of course!
Q9. What is the warranty?
A: We offers 3 years warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the purchase date. As it is too complicated to send the inflatable back, we send repair kits with the products all the time.
